This conference session calls for a revival in which biblical teaching and the Holy Spirit’s activity remain inseparable. The main speaker argues that church reform and a coming evangelistic harvest require both renewed scriptural authority and experiential dependence on the Spirit. He recounts revival predictions and personal reports of spiritual manifestations, then plays a recording attributed to Kenneth Hagin’s 1988 camp meeting about an emerging Spirit-led army and angelic ministry. These accounts are presented as testimony, not independently established history.
Using Pentecost and the imagery of new wine, the teaching describes the Spirit as the one who makes Christ’s redemptive work effective in believers’ experience. It moves from empowerment and prophetic gifts to purification, connecting baptism with fire, Malachi’s refiner and Elijah’s confrontation with divided loyalties. The speaker stresses reverence, holiness and surrender rather than merely reproducing dramatic manifestations.
The later portion becomes corporate prayer, worship and communion. Participants ask for the Spirit’s government, cleansing and renewal throughout the wider church. A communion exhortation interprets temporary booths as a picture of flexible, Spirit-directed life rather than fixed religious structures. Extended music and poorly recognized prayer-language limit the precision of this closing section.
Open our ears and eyes to receive God’s word on behalf of the wider church.
Fill us continually with the Spirit, not only with information about him.
Let God’s refining fire purify desires, expose worldliness and produce holiness.
Restore the authority of the word and the Spirit’s direction throughout the church.
Strengthen bodies, minds and spirits and extend renewal to the worldwide body of Christ.
