Wole Olakunle continues his Christ-centered study of the tabernacle with a guided overview of its spaces, furnishings and priesthood. Exodus 25 supplies the materials, the purpose of a sanctuary among God’s people, and the instruction to follow the revealed pattern. The ark, mercy seat and cherubim are described as a meeting place of divine-human communion. The lampstand and table of showbread introduce the holy place, while curtains distinguish the different areas.
Exodus 28 provides the consecrated priesthood, and Hebrews 9 summarizes the earthly sanctuary and its contents. The speaker then reviews the outer-court altar and laver, the holy-place furnishings, and the ark’s associated testimony. He stresses familiarity with these items before later lessons develop their proposed spiritual meanings.
The recurring application is that the tabernacle points to Christ and to believers becoming God’s dwelling. John 14 and the Lord’s Prayer extend this into an account of God’s presence expressed on earth. The closing prayer asks for understanding and encounter. Symbolic correspondences and claims about heavenly access remain attributed interpretations. The description dates the recording to July 31, 2019.
Ask for understanding of Christ through the biblical tabernacle pattern.
Pray for God’s will and kingdom to be expressed on earth.
