Rest in Christ sustains faithful ministry through weariness and disappointment; remain steadfast because labor in the Lord is not in vain. Kingdom leadership requires character before charisma. Gifts can open a door, but integrity determines whether a leader can remain there and finish well. Examine private conduct, family relationships, finances, sexual purity, and speech against the fruit of the Spirit. Refuse to let money control preaching, flee immorality, and serve with the same character at home and in public. Churches belong to one body: complete your own assignment, celebrate another ministry’s growth, and reject competition, manufactured displays of power, gossip, and the exposure of confidences. Restore wounded brothers and sisters with humility. Bring compromised areas honestly before God, seek the cleansing pictured in Isaiah’s encounter with the live coal, and pray for one another. The call to mature sonship reaches beyond public anointing toward the fullness of Christ, freedom from fear, and the hope of overcoming death. God changes times and seasons, rules in the kingdoms of men, and acts beyond the walls of religious institutions. Christ is the head of the church, and his body is called to express his life and rule on earth. Kingship and priesthood therefore concern nations, communities, government, business, and family life as well as gathered worship. Discern the opportunities for kingdom service in Africa and prepare to participate rather than preserve familiar routines. Develop mature sons who carry Christ’s liberty into their surroundings. Make the local church a place that forms and sends people: equip believers for their workplaces, schools, professions, and civic responsibilities. Prayer, unity among pastors, leadership training, and engagement with public officials provide practical expressions of a church without walls. Cultivate the secret place, establish prayer in families and congregations, and let private fellowship with God support public responsibility. Your ministry’s reach need not end where its building ends. Kingdom mentoring protects the future by entrusting faith, character, calling, and practical skills to people who can teach others. Invest in who will carry the work forward, not only in the assets or institutions left behind. Understand younger people’s digital world, listen to their questions, assess ideas on their merits, and adapt methods without abandoning Christ-centered formation. Mentor the whole person for faithful service in the marketplace and community. Model the conduct you require, admit what you do not know, welcome honest questions, and give younger leaders real responsibility with patient guidance. Build relationships that make difficult conversations possible; correct without humiliation and learn each person’s needs rather than applying one formula to

everyone. Join these relational approaches to prayer, meditation on God’s word, sound doctrine, and the Holy Spirit’s leading. Learn to communicate intelligently online, test information carefully, and pursue the assignment God gives rather than numbers or borrowed measures of success.
