The revelation of Jesus Christ enables people to recognize the reality to which prophecy points. Peter’s confession came through the Father’s revelation, and Revelation itself unfolds Christ rather than providing a reason to fear its symbols. Read its imagery with the explanations supplied in Scripture: lampstands signify churches, stars signify angels, and waters signify peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages. Search the wider scriptural witness when considering beasts, the dragon’s tail, and the sun, moon, and stars. Discern false teaching, resist empty religious tradition, and remain responsive to what God is doing. The church is called to shine in a dark world. Heaven is God’s dwelling place, and intimate fellowship with him brings the reality of his presence into earthly life. Ask for opened eyes, recognize his work through people, and become a living sanctuary. Speak life to those entrusted to your care. The kingdom of God comes with power. Jesus proclaimed the kingdom and demonstrated its reality through healing, deliverance, and words carrying divine authority. The gospel is the message of the kingdom, and the Holy Spirit is its power. New birth brings a person into this spiritual reality; righteousness, peace, and joy are found in the Holy Spirit. Receive his rule inwardly and let it become visible in daily life and ministry. The call to wait for power from on high and the promise of Acts 1:8 show the necessity of the Spirit’s enabling. Let your faith rest in God’s power, and bring proclamation together with dependence on the Spirit so that truth becomes lived experience. Renew your mind around your identity in Christ and the life of the indwelling Spirit, and refuse to let fear define your response to circumstances. Faith gives expression to the kingdom through authoritative words and actions. Jesus’ command to Lazarus, his cleansing of the leper, the prophetic promises to the Shunammite woman and the widow, and his words to the fig tree all press the importance of believing and speaking. Exercise the gifts God has placed within you and seek spiritual understanding beyond what the natural senses can perceive. Ask for healing, renewed relationships, restored provision, and a greater release of the Spirit in service to others. Let prophetic, teaching, preaching, worship, and healing gifts operate for God’s glory. Carry the life received in fellowship into homes, ministries, communities, and nations. Continue in prayer and thanksgiving, put the teaching into practice, and follow the Lord’s leading. The purpose of spiritual impartation is lasting transformation and fruitful service that brings him pleasure and glory.
