The Holy Spirit helps human weakness and directs intercession according to God’s will. Seek the heavenly clothing of life so that mortality is swallowed up and you are not found naked. This hope is developed as Christ’s life appearing in human flesh and a present process of transformation, extending beyond an expectation of departing to heaven. Keep watch, guard your garments, and let the Word and Spirit govern the burden of prayer rather than measuring spiritual progress by possessions or ministry scale. The path into these realities includes the ordinary, searching work of overcoming sin, refusing retaliation, dying to self, renewing the mind, and understanding what God has spoken. Bring teaching into lived experience and join the whole body in priestly prayer, spiritual readiness, and intercession for the saints. Intimacy with God must precede effective ministry to people. Seek alignment with His desires, the consolation of His people, and a corporate witness that expresses His government. Pray for Nigeria from that responsibility, repent of factional and tribal loyalties, and pursue Christlikeness until His life becomes visible in the church and flows outward into society.
