The Process of Becoming; From Knowledge to Living Truth

• February 23, 2026 • 92 views

God supplies the grace, righteousness, and sufficiency by which his people become able ministers of the new covenant. Ministry begins with receiving and living from identity in Christ, not acquiring identity through possessions, influence, a title, or a large congregation. The church belongs to Christ and must follow the Holy Spirit rather than personal systems or denominational ownership. Read Scripture in its context: the letter and the Spirit in 2 Corinthians 3 are explained through the contrast between the Mosaic covenant and God's new-covenant work of writing his law in human hearts. The Spirit reveals God's mind, makes Christ visible in his people, and enables ministers to impart the life they have themselves received. The life received through faith in Christ must increasingly shape the soul, conduct, and whole person. Merely repeating a prayer, mastering biblical information, preserving external morality, or claiming an identity cannot replace the Spirit's transforming work. Identify with Christ's sacrifice, receive his word with faith, and continue feeding on him. Submit to the processes by which truth becomes lived reality: patient waiting, inward circumcision, surrender of self, and obedience to God's daily instructions. The rich ruler exposes how outward commandment-keeping can coexist with attachment to possessions. Behold Christ with an unveiled face and measure change by conformity to his character, wisdom, righteousness, and power, rather than by property, money, or ministry expansion. Come to the feast God has prepared on his mountain and allow pure, uncorrupted truth to expose and remove the veils of worldly ambition, haste, mammon, inherited patterns, and self-justifying excuses. Lay down even legitimate attachments when they obstruct the invitation, pray in the Spirit, and choose love for God and righteousness. Recognize outward spiritual opposition alongside inward hindrances, and receive the prepared banquet and season of release announced for the Cave Adullam community and receptive partner ministries. Receive that invitation with faith rather than self-disqualification, agree with the declared end of the house's night season, and move forward without fear of pursuing opposition.
