Receiving Jesus and believing in His name brings the right to become a child of God, born from God rather than human will or natural descent. Relate to the Father as real and near: speak to Him, receive His communication, and express love through honor and reverent fear. New birth establishes a new spiritual paternity and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. Let the consciousness of being His child replace a distant, punishment-centered view of Him. Eternal life is God’s own kind of life, received through Christ. The language of a new creation and a ‘God class’ describes belonging to God’s family and sharing the life He gives; it does not mean equality with God or competing with Him. Let this identity shape speech, thought, holiness, and righteousness. The mind must become consistent with the mind of Christ. Belong to the Father’s family with a consciousness of coming from above rather than drawing your identity from this world. This belonging rests on God’s goodness and love, not personal achievement. Give thanks that He chose and received His children, joined them to Himself, and made them His own. Hold the hope of seeing Christ and becoming like Him together with the present reality of union with the Lord. Think on these truths, meditate on them, and hunger for Him daily. Their lived reality develops over time; ask for understanding and obedience so that the victories of this new life become experience.
